Excellent service,,very efficient!!

Sam and the team were honest and upfront about our vehicles condition and repair needs. They were professional and flexible in dealing with us and our vehicle. Will definitely use them again in the future.

I had an appointment for an oil change and when I dropped my car off they told me it would be about 1.5 hours until it would be ready. I walked over to Target and did some shopping. I returned about 1.5 hours later and saw that my car was still in the same parking spot. They hadn't even touched it yet. I asked them what happened and was told I was "the next car in line" I told them that's what I was told an hour and a half ago. I was upset as I sat there ready to wait another hour. If my husband could've picked me up I would have left. About 15 minutes later the general manager (I didn't get his name!) came into the waiting room and apologized profusely and told me they were doing the oil change for no charge. I told him I really appreciated it and that I knew it wasn't his fault they were slammed. My car was ready 10 minutes later. Now that is customer service! I will definitely go back as they obviously care about their customers. Way to go Service Street!

I have had great service every time I've been here. I do my regular oil changes and have had brakes done in the past and now a timing belt and oil pump leak. Great customer service and management is very honest and caring about customer satisfaction! I highly recommend this location!

Easy to deal with and convenient.

They were attentive and helpful. They listened and then did diagnostic. The figured out the problem quickly and fixed it.

I have never left a review before, but after leaving this place I knew I had to! They deserve more then 5 stars! The customer service, attention to detail, compassion, everything they do is above and beyond. I first spoke to Kelly over the phone about my car leaking and he made me feel so much better by just they way he spoke to me and his knowledge! They got me in that day and once I got there I started working with Sam. Sam kept me informed the entire time, found the issue and fixed it immediately! He was also super fun to work with! With my car leaking, that left my driveway a mess which I mentioned to Sam, so he went out and got me some top of the line degreaser to help with that issue!! I will never take my car to another place!! Thanks guys!!

I have used them several times with 3 cars for multiple repairs and work. I will say this, they are professional, honest, and fair. They have even offered to take an extended look at something, even at their own expense if it was needed. Being new to CO, I was looking for a place that I trust, where if say I need it, I trust that I do and I trust that the price is reasonable.

Everything went exactly as I was told it would go. And, Daniel was excellent. Great experience!
