Gotta love it. || UPDATE - It's easy to write a good review about a routine job done well. What you don't often see is a good review about a mistake... I am writing to praise Service Street for performing well in a difficult situation. We are all human. And, as humans, we are all prone to making mistakes once in a while. I am happy to share that when a rare human error happened while servicing my vehicle, Service Street was remarkably professional and went out of their way to not only fix the error and make me whole but also to minimize any inconvenience along the way. 5 Stars in good times and human times. I love my Service Street :)

They replaced a bulb they replaced a few months ago at no charge. That's what I call service.

I thought an electrical problems with the lights after a warning light came on several times but that was not the problem after a diagnostic test was run. Because they listen to me as to what was happening The guy working at the desk got into the car and checked the switches on the lights and found what was wrong. I had an oil change on a used car I had just purchased and they let me know what services I needed to have performed before I turn the car over to my Daughter.
