Walked in at 7am… walked out at 7:45! Great service!

I walked in unannounced and was immediately greeted by three men in the entrance lobby. One looked up my previous history with their company and asked me which vehicle I brought in. The got started and finished much quicker than I anticipated. I was 2ell pleased with the cost and com0leation time.

I had an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. Because the service was supposed to be quick, I said I’d wait. After 50 minutes they hadn’t started so I left, but my car was still there. My departure must have prompted them to do the work because the work was finished after another 30 minutes. Appointments don’t seem to mean much at this Service Street. Later: Service Street saw the above message and took steps to regain my satisfaction. On my subsequent visits they have done an outstanding job!

The guys were awesome and so helpful. I flew into Denver to help my daughter with her car and these guys took care of us. They were honest and super friendly. It’s great knowing there is a place there to go if needed.

My last experience was horrible with this place that was over a year ago. Today I went in and everything was great, Chase helped me and got stuff done. Did not try to up sell me on anything. Service Street always takes really good care of me. I am a repeat and loyal customer. Service with a heart and a smile. Gotta love it. || UPDATE - It's easy to write a good review about a routine job done well. What you don't often see is a good review about a mistake... I am writing to praise Service Street for performing well in a difficult situation. We are all human. And, as humans, we are all prone to making mistakes once in a while. I am happy to share that when a rare human error happened while servicing my vehicle, Service Street was remarkably professional and went out of their way to not only fix the error and make me whole but also to minimize any inconvenience along the way. 5 Stars in good times and human times. I love my Service Street :)

Doug Troudt was fantastic. His service impeccable. He greeted me at the door opening it for me! He was knowledgeable and professional. Great, fast service with a reasonable price!
