They were friendly about the repair and helped me to understanding the repairs!

They inspected my brakes for free and gave me a detailed estimate plus a carfax history of repairs.

I went to Walmart to get an oil change and they told me something really really bad with my car so I took it to the service over here because I trust him better and Josh was a delayed totally take care of us from A-to-Z he did the oil change and ensuring me there’s absolutely nothing in my car. You just fix it for me and for that I am so grateful. Thank you guys so very much especially to Josh . I’m so grateful Josh . Thank you so much for making my Valentine’s Day happening. Quality work, will come back in the future

We got a nail in our tire shortly into our trip on our way up to the mountains with our three children and service Street was able to get us in right away and get it fixed so we can be on our way even though it’s close to closing time. Very friendly and able to make our weekend.

Short version: Saved me half the money it would've cost to have the same work done at the dealer, got me in and out in no time. Some of the friendliest guys in the business and super thorough. Long version: Had been going to the Ford dealership to get work done for years now, and this time they decided to charge an absolutely outrageous amount to replace a standard part on my car. This was of course after they had my car for several weeks without even touching it. When they quoted me over a thousand dollars to do the work for a fairly straightforward fix, I knew it was time to look elsewhere. I called the Service Street guys up and was lucky enough to get a same-day appointment for less than half the cost of what the dealer quoted me. Despite having serviced my car at Ford less than 6 months ago, they missed things in their "100-point inspection" that the techs at Service Street found right away. Christian was extremely friendly, as was the entire staff and they won Service Street a new loyal customer today. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would.

Josh and the crew are very helpful. They inspect my car every oil change and diagnose problems without trying to sell me something I don’t need. Great quality place.
