Today I experienced exceptional service when dealing with a tire issue. After purchasing new tires, it was discovered that two lug nuts on one tire was cross-threaded, preventing the replacement. Discount Tire referred me to Brakes Plus on Broadway on Highlands Ranch. When I arrived without an appointment, service advisor Brian immediately fit me in and performed the necessary repair at no charge. A true example of going above and beyond. Thank you Brian and team for your help!

Everyone needs an shop, and this is mine for 5 years. They have friendly staff, good pricing, and always happy to work through problems together. I had a big issue that a dealer wanted $9000 to work through and we were able to identify solutions that came out to about $4000. I am grateful for their work and would recommend this location to anyone.

My experience is you take good care of my 2 daughters and my lady friend. You never take advantage of them and I appreciate it.

Ok. I love service street! But this location ALWAYS goes above and beyond for me. This time, I hit a curb in some crazy hail and popped my front tire. They went above and beyond to make sure I got my warrantied tire replaced (from another place, mind you) and got me the best deal EVER! Not only that, this was a wild inconvenience and happened with little notice—they got me in immediately and fixed it all within hours. I am so happy to refer service street to everyone I know…also shout out to Alex and Jody! They both made me feel like we are old time friends, and really put my faith in kindness. Thank you again!

I needed a quick turnaround on my car, Acura MDX, as I was trading it in for a new car later that morning. I was hearing a noise in my front brakes. They quickly got my car in a bay and then test drove it. They discovered the front right caliper was loose and rubbing against the wheel. They informed me and showed me the situation and then did the repair! They were amazing and great to work with. Definitely earned my business and I will refer my friends to them.

Came in to get a nail out of my tire, and was surprised when Ryan told me the service was on the house. Next time I buy tires I’m doing it here

I received excellent service from Service Street on two occasions for my 2014 Honda CR-V in the last two weeks. On the first visit, they did an alignment for tires I had just purchased at Discount Tire. As part of the service they checked the rest of the vehicle. They reported that the transfer case had a leaking seal. That really surprised me because Schomp Honda had just serviced the car the previous day and said the seals were fine. I took the car back to Schomp and asked them to check. This time they found the leak and fixed it. Honda also told me the battery was good. When the battery failed the next week, I took the car to Service Street to replace the battery. So far (one day later) the battery seems to be working fine.

I had a great experience - interacted with several different employees across a few days and always had a positive interaction.
