These guys are great. I scheduled an appointment and had my car towed to their place. They got to my car the next day and were done with a laundry list of things I'd given, to include replacing coolant hoses, timing belt, water pump, brake master cylinder, clutch cylinder, flushing coolant system and bleeding the brakes. To say I was pleased is understating it. Would not hesitate recommending them to anyone, especially for those who are particular with their cars.

Great experience here, Christian helped me out quickly and kindly. They send out regular texts on the status of their inspection(s) and a detailed breakdown of recommended services. The car was finished that same day even though it was quite busy. I’d recommend them anytime.

I have used Service Street for a few years now, and every time I am continually impressed with their hospitality, transparency, and quality of service. The people at the desk/phones are super friendly. Kevin and Christian are very understanding of time and cost pressures that auto repairs can have on people and have on multiple occasions been willing to work with me on getting the fastest, cheapest outcome for my needs without sacrificing quality of service. I have also witnessed them taking care of many other customers in the same way and it is nice to know how much they care. I have never been dissatisfied with their auto work. Every time I leave the shop I can feel my vehicle has some new life in it. They offer a couple different payment plan options that really help if you are not financially prepared in the moment for the repairs you need. The payment plans are easy to set up (through a third party) and auto-deduct from your paycheck. There is typically a 3-month window of 0 interest if paid in full, so you can always pay off early. They're also open on Saturdays, which can make a huge difference on how quickly you can get your car back. Highly, highly recommend this shop.

I've never had a better mechanic experience! The gentlemen who worked on my car or at the front office were professional, caring and super helpful. They showed how us as human being can be kind and considerate to each other! I will totally trust them with my car!
