When I called into make an appointment the worker on the other end was very customer service oriented. I arrived today and Mr. Christian was very sharp with his skills.I was impressed. They did not aggressively upsell their products. I felt very comfortable in the establishment. I plan on returning. Thank you Service Street!

Very Professional ! I've used Service Street repeatedly for oil changes and routine maintenance . They are always helpful and get me in on a moments notice . Also, very reasonable priced.

The Highlands Ranch Service Street location has taken care of me very well over the past year and a half. I went to them with my high mileage SUV and they did a full inspection and told me what I needed to do. I didn't have the money at the time to complete all repairs but I was able to wait a few months and do them little by little. They didn't judge me based on that and were always happy when I came in. I also had an issue with a replacement work they performed and had a part fail (no fault of their own), and they took my car in on a VERY BUSY Saturday and yet they still fit me in and took care of the problem. They will always get my business no matter what. Thank you Service Street for always being dependable and having great customer service even no matter what!

Very quick and friendly staff

This place rules. Great service, no pressure, great communication, friendly employees. I’ve had all of my vehicles service here with no issues. multiple times and will continue to come back. Strong work Street Service team. I didn’t get names but the two front counter guys excellent.

These guys are awesome! I brought in a used car to have it evaluated before the purchase, and man were they thorough. It ended up being a solid car, but they found a few easily overlooked issues whose repair would’ve cost around $1300 dollars. I brought their report back to the dealer and the dealer agreed to take care of those repairs at no cost. The rate for this service was very reasonable, and it feels amazing to have been able to know exactly the quality of car I was buying. Thank you!

Christian was very professional and great at communicating. We had an issue with our car and they got us in te next day. There was a part that they weren’t able to get until later that evening but we needed our vehicle before the next day and he made it happen. We are very satisfied with our service. It’s hard to find a mechanic you trust and we trust Service Street, Highlands Ranch.

Very great service, quick and easy

We have been very happy with the service we have received from Service Street in Highlands Ranch. I feel like we always get honest suggestions for the work needed for our cars (we bring 4 of them to SS!), what needs to be done and what can wait. The quality of the work is great, we have not had any follow up issues that would require us to return the cars for the work that was done (we have had this issue with other shops). Christian is amazing, he is super communicative, and really works with us to make the best decisions regarding our cars. They also have a great experienced mechanic on staff that has clearly has been doing this a while and knows a lot. We have been taking our cars to SS for about 2 years now and have been very happy with the quality of the services, and the great customer service. I highly recommend Service Street in Highlands Ranch!

Great deals and service

Kevin was who I worked with pretty much the while time and he was very patient when it came to working with my extended warranty service and he always kept me informed. I approved the repairs on Tuesday and they were done the next day.

Great reliable, consistent service. I love that they do free inspections with every oil change and I'm glad I keep coming back.

These guys are the best! I didn’t have an appointment but I went in anyway because we’re leaving town and I couldn’t get my headlight bulb out to change it. I had the bulbs with me so they changed all four and got me on my way in no time. They wouldn’t even let me pay them. I’ll be using them from now on.

Friendly and fast service. I appreciate the complimentary car service home during repairs!
