2nd time bringing my car in for an oil change. Both times they were very courteous and professional.

Had an expensive repair but they were great and got it back in just a couple days and everybody I work with there was wonderful.

While I’m not thrilled to spend a few hundred on having my headlights replaced, I do appreciate the quick service and friendly staff. Getting in and out in less than hour is definitely appreciated, especially last minute on a Friday. Very thankful!

Fair Shop. Fully Staffed. Supported by three or four Certified Master Mechanics. They answer their own calls, take time (efficiently & effectively) to talk with you; hear you out, document your issues and make every effort to turn your repair around, back to you, as soon as possible. Saturday service which helped us! Ours was an older model BMW x5 with an electrical issue requiring a replacement of both alternator and battery and the required reprogramming, $$. Offered other services; maybe needed, but they were flexible and respectful. The repair is warranted for 5 years or 50,000 miles. That’s unheard of in my world. Thanks guys!

I trust Service Street with my repairs, big and small. This last one was a biggie, but they kept me apprised about what they found and listed all my options. It could have been an even bigger repair, but they didn't just go for that. They sent the car out for a test to make sure. That's just an example of their honest, straightforward approach and the way they always take the time to verify what is really going on. No guesswork.

This place is amazing! They took me in right away for a mount and balance when discount tire wouldn't at all! Taylor is my favorite ask for him he does amazing work. Christian is amazing as well at the front and will inform you on anything that is wrong with multiple options of fixing any issues. I would always recommend this place!

They were supposed to do an oil change and standard maintenance. Appointment was for noon they promised to be done by 2:00. At 2:30 they hadn’t even moved my car to a bay to service it. Horrible experience. What’s the purpose of having an appointment if you still get added to the back of the line?
