We are new to the neighborhood and so happy to have found this place! Tony provided excellent service and a thorough oil change with tire rotation for my Highlander. Super trustworthy and welcoming guys. Definitely our new go to auto repair shop!

Highly recommend this place! I especially appreciate Tony who remembers my name and is very friendly and helpful! Tony explained all of my options in a very clear way and made sure I was getting the best deal possible for my oil change and tire rotation. They did an inspection also and recommend some additional service items but I didn’t feel any sales pressure from Tony…he just laid out the facts and let me make my own decision. They are also very transparent on their pricing. Location is easy to get to and making an appointment is also easy. The option for a ride home was a nice touch but it wasn’t needed as they have a very comfortable waiting room. I’d recommend this place to a friend or family member.

The clowns over at discount tire said “we don’t patch tires that are older than 5 years”, Service Street did a double patch for free, no questions asked. Very kind gesture for my elderly father.

Staff is extremely kind and helpful. Kevin, Chase, Christian, and John got my jeep in and out tonight in just a couple hours and helped me identify some other issues and concerns that I’ve had without me even having to ask about them! Highly recommend. They also offer financing if the work you needed was unexpected and you’re in a jam to fix your car! Really convenient! They also offer you a free ride if you need to drop your car off for the day and have somewhere else to be!!! Editing to add I brought my car back the following morning to take care of some of the issues that was addressed yesterday (oil leak, brakes, etc), and was offered a complimentary oil change by the GM Christian. Will absolutely be a repeat customer! Thank you guys for taking care of me and my new-to-me jeep! Quick turn around on getting your car done, might be a little pricey but the speed, quality of work and level of customer service will keep me coming back.

Prompt service for my vehicle by polite friendly staff with thorough attention to initial vehicle concerns I had. Updates during service addressed my concerns and offered well explained choices with specific details. When I departed, I was confident my vehicle was road ready and safe. Thanks Service Street! Stopping to get your oil changed (even with an appointment) can often be inconvenient & time consuming. You may never know what you’ll get from the employees. The guys at Service Street were genuinely friendly and helpful, and I trust the service here. I will definitely be a repeat customer. They have a great members program you can join. They were able to get to my vehicle quickly and get me back on the road in under an hour. I highly recommend making this your one stop auto shop & trusting Service Street with your business.
