This place is awesome! I brought my car in on Thursday after I dinged my passenger side mirror. I was expecting it to take awhile to fix, but the car was ready the next day! Wayne was awesome to work with, very friendly and helpful. All local small businesses should strive to be like the crew at Gerber. I felt they actually cared! That’s tough to find these days!

Super efficient getting a lyft to and from work while they repaired a fuel leak and other necessities plus the coupon made it an excellent value and service, which is why I make the trip and keep coming back.

Got an oil change here recently. Front desk staff was super friendly. Other staff was friendly as well. Service was quick and efficient, I used a coupon so the cost was reasonable. The waiting area was clean, comfortable and separated from the rest of the space which I enjoyed. I’ll be back for my next oil change.

I have used Service Street in the past and just had the shop diagnose and replace a bad brake booster and bad caliper on my 2008 Toyota Rav4. Initially, I had cost and schedule delay issues and some communication challenges. However, after talking with Brock over the phone today, he made everything right and addressed all the issues I brought up. Brock was apologetic for the communication and diagnostic snafus, and I appreciate his professionalism in handling the problem and personally seeing it through to resolution. Brock and his team went the extra mile to deliver 100% customer satisfaction, and they have my business for life as I look forward to getting at least 100k more miles on my Toyota Rav4 and my wife's Toyota Corolla! Based on how Brock handled my issues today, I will recommend Service Street to my friends, family, and anyone else looking for a good car repair experience. Thank you again Service Street for making sure my car is safe to drive and for making my final experience 5 stars!
