I love this service street so much. They are constantly kind and compassionate about issues, they are always happy to answer questions and explain things deeper if i want to know more. They have resolved multiple issues for me caused by other shops shoddy workmanship. 10/10 would break my car for them to work on again

Taylor was my technician; they did a fabulous job fixing my motor mounts, transmission, brakes, and axles. My motor shook like crazy, now it’s just seamlessly quiet. Amazing!

My 2023 Hyundai Palisade has some weird noise underneath and I can’t figure out why. I bring it to the shop and they are able to pinpoint and fix the issue (replacing the control arm) in one day! Super happy about it!

I worked with Kevin who did an outstanding job building an estimate and working with the warranty company on a claim. He kept me informed and was prompt to communicate important updates throughout the entire process. The diagnostic was performed by Clark who did a thorough job identifying the root cause of my engine problem. I will definitely be back to this location in the future.

These guys were a savior! I had gone to Discount Tires when I discovered my tire was flat because I had bought them there. I was told it would be 2 hours before they could look at my tire and my son was getting out of school in an hour and a half. I asked if I could use their tire pump to blow up my tire so I could get to my son in time. They claimed their air pump would not run if the tire was 15 lbs or less of pressure. To make it even better, the gas station around the corner did not have a currently working air pump. I sat in my car for a minute upset, but then saw Service Street directly in front of the store. I walked over there and asked if they could help me in anyway. I was greeted by very kind smiles and told they would help me. Nate, Micheal and another gentleman at the desk helped me go from feeling the weight of the world to feeling like things would be ok. I wasn’t asked for any money up front. Nothing, but help and kindness. They got my car in back and checked it out immediately. They even offered a Lyft to pick up my son from school if I needed more work done on the car. Within a half hour, my tire was full, I knew more about what I needed to do with my car, and my attitude was completely turned around for the better. I could not tell the front desk just how much I appreciated everything they were doing for us. I wasn’t even asked to pay anything once it was done. I was blown away by the superb customer service(which is becoming more and more rare these days). I wish I had enough funds to get more work done. If I did, this would definitely be where I’d go. Thank you for everything!

Was expecting my car to stay overnight due to the repairs and they had it ready in a couple hours with great customer service! Kevin at the front desk was super helpful and Emily took great care of my car with the repairs!
