Took my car in for some routine maintenance and a couple other issues. The mechanics at Service Street did a great job and now my car is running better than ever. I like that they send you the price of something before they do it so you can approve or decline the service. They work on all types of cars, including imports, and provide a lot of different services. Definitely would recommend!

Needed to have the air checked on all my tires since the dash light was still on after filling the tires with air myself several days before. Ian, one of the mechanics went above and beyond in checking not only the air but the valves sensors in all 4 tires and the spare. He was personable throughput the process. I did not feel like I was intruding on his time even though this may be his job to help people like myself as a drop in customer. Dillon, thank you and your staff. We will be continuing to use your services as we have in the past.

Service Street auto repair in Parker was a lifesaver. Our car overheated 300+ miles from home and they quickly took us in, diagnosed the problem as a broken water pump and leaky hose and fixed us up same day over a holiday weekend. Deanna and Jo at the front desk were professional, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. I wholeheartedly recommend them.

We brought a car down that we were looking to buy for a used car inspection. Customer service for my son buying his first car was great! Service was prompt and helpful.

I called as I'm leaving for Iowa in a couple days to get my exhaust put back on as I don't have time to sit under the car and yell at it lol. They told me to come in and they where packed. They got my car in fast as it was a simple fix and I was only charged 30 dollars. I knew going to a shop would cost but I'm glad I was charged for the labor done and no more. I recommend this place to anyone in parker especially on Saturday!

Principles ethics, and morals are as important to the people mentioned below as they are to me, given my encounter with Service Street Parker CO location. Deanna primarily the Front Desk Service Writer was incredible! She is professional, polite, courteous, understanding, knowledgeable, experienced, seasoned in all the qualities that make a business thrive through OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE and treats people with genuine/true/ and authentic Honesty. I can only speak the same for Deanna's right hand Mechanic/Front Desk Service Writers Richard and Tyler whom worked diligently and professionally replacing my 1994 Cadillac Eldorado Struts (some electrical was involved with said strut installation) along with repairing my rear brake lines. Tyler was the key professional in charge of this skilled labor, who helped train a younger "less experienced" mechanic "learning the ropes" using my car as an example - and that helped with the cost of this serious undertaking (I made it clear if it took longer than normal that is OK given my financial situation - - I also had a second car to drive while this Eldorado was being repaired). They were happy to help me through my difficult time AND FOR THAT AND SO MUCH MORE KINDNESS I RECEIVED, I COULD NOT BE MORE GRATEFUL!!! I am a loyal customer BECAUSE I VALUE HONESTY, EXPERIENCE, SKILL, TRUSTWORTHINESS, UNDERSTANDING, ORGANIZATION, RESOURCEFUL; and last but not least a clean and well implemented shop that places quality and safety as most paramount for everyone's protection.
