Set up appointment for oil change today and the whole process was very smooth. They also did a thorough inspection of our Subaru and advised of needed services. Employees were courteous and service was very prompt as well. Would definitely recommend for any care services needwed.

Alternator died and I had the car towed to Service Street nearby. They got me up and running super fast and are very friendly. Good communication about recommendations and prices. I was able to easily approve or not each suggested item.

Good service did what I ask

We go for our oil changes. Excellent customer service every time. Great work and never an issue. Great price! Only negative is the small parking lot, lol!

The ladies were great in the office. Check engine light came on omw to work and they got me in right away, on a Saturday too. The technician, Mike, was awesome and got me back on the road quickly. Highly recommend

Took the car in for a free estimate regarding the heat shield that came loose. After seeing the quote to install a new one (comparable to others I had received), the service advisor said it's not a necessity to have it and they could take it off at no charge. Appreciate the honesty and great service. We'll be coming back when other work needs to be done.

Took my car in for repairs and a week later had problems the manager Diana was friendly and quick to repair the problem. Thank you for your quick work and courteous service

We purchased a new car and had to have the service done here as the dealership could not get us in for weeks for services. There were multiple issues with getting the right parts for the repair and everyone went above and beyond to get this job done. Even staying past business hours to get us our car back. I can’t thank the WHOLE group from management to the techs for all of their hard work.

Great service, great staff, and great work done on my car. I was able to get my vehicle in last minute on a Wednesday to be worked on in order to make it home 8 hours away in time for a wedding (that same 8 hours away) the following Saturday. They finished it within a day after getting the parts and having a speedy repair time. It has been running like new ever since! I would highly recommend this place to anybody who needs their car repaired in a timely fashion or just in general.

I was in a bind and needed my vehicle repaired on a Saturday so that I could drive home the five hours on Sunday. I dropped it off Saturday morning and they got it done before the end of the day! No other shop could have done that for me. They were very understanding of my need and desperation to get my vehicle fixed so I could get home.

We have been using Service Street in Parker for several years. We started going there when we could no longer justify deslership rates for our two aging autos. Deanna & her team have always been timely, accommodating & thorough. When presented with a list of maintenance or repair items, they helped us prioritize those with the greatest need. They even helped us secure 0% interest when we decided to move forward with a major repair. Service Street has definitely earned our business.

Great service, friendly staff. I’ve been going here for about 4 years now. I have no complaints. Everyone is really professional and courteous. I actually initially selected this place to change my oil because of the filters they use. They aren’t cheap paper filters and the oil change package is a really great value. I test them with my Escalade more than I do the dealership.
