Recently moved to the area and needed a new mechanic....Their names slips my minds but the lady and man at the front were very helpful. They were friendly and provided amazing work in a very timely manner. 10/10

Awesome experience. My window fell into the car door on Monday and they got me in that day. The part was ordered and the window was fixed in less than a week! They staff is very knowledgeable. So thankful!

Took my car here last month after my car was broken into and the drivers side door was no longer locking. Del got my car looked at the day I came into the shop. He even took care of my car for me for a week (keeping it in their garage for me) as I was traveling and he was worried about the safety in my apt buildings parking garage. They got my car back into perfect working order and kept me informed. Shout out to Del and Cruz for wonderful service. Thank you!!

Update: We take our vehicles in here now. They always get us in quickly, and we always get great customer service! (Summer of 2022) My family and I were on our way camping and had just left the house when one of our camper brakes started smoking. I called to see if they could look at it for us. Without hesitation, they got us in and helped us out. Thank you so much!

Service Street was amazing in diagnosing my sons 2020 Subaru Crosstrek. I had a remote start put in the car and some of the electronics got messed up with the install but Service Street fixed everything the way it should be and I’m so grateful!! They do exceptional work and I’ll be bringing all my cars here from now on!!

Tyler was the manager at the Quincy location last year or so and left but in had a free oil change he compensated me for the oil filter not being tight enough and it leaked after my trip. Tried to use this but the current manager would not honor it so I located Tyler and drove to his store in Parker. They took care of me no questions asked and I added a coolant flush! Great customer service with the two young ladies up front! Highly recommend them for your car needs

It was good. However, When I was informed I had a high mileage 5 package oil change with a tire change that would not work for my hybrid vehicle as The vehicle uses synthetic, I was not offered a synthetic 5 pack oil change with tire rotation. And I asked about it when I was paying for my oil change I asked for I could get the 5 pack synthetic oil change with a tire rotation package, they said I could but I couldn’t use it on this oil change. That is not good customer service.
