Quick and accurate diagnostic of repair needed. Friendly and communication was excellent as I am out of state helping with the repair for family. They will get all my repair needs.

Fast service. Didn't wait long at all for an oil change. Great people there behind the counter and working on the vehicles. No pressure on recommended services found while inspecting vehicle.

Ladies, Gentlemen and Others, Go see Milton at the Hess rd location of Service Street in Parker for your automotive maintenance and repair needs. He is polite, professional, and not pushy with up-sales. The word thorough is an understatement for this man. The whole process, scheduling, keeping appointment, completing the work, DOING WHAT HE SAID HE WAS GOING TO DO, and getting me back on the road was seamless. The man even checked carfax report for past service records!! I am the GM of an hvac company in Denver. I deal with a multitude of customers, vendors, employees, and equipment. Milton is a Diamond in the rough of the pool of service “professionals” I encounter daily I plan on bringing our entire fleet of vehicles to Service Street moving forward, because of him.

The manager and all the service guys can just be described as professional and polite.

Took my BMW to Service Street for an alignment and was in and out in a little over an hour. The car feels much better. Good customer service, too.

New management, much better customer service and timeliness under the new GM.

Add another shop. I had the car coolant system pressure checked. They told me it was a leaking water pump and gave me a price of $1,200. Well, it decided that might be a bit high so I decided to check with this shop. Without pressure testing the car, they found the leak in a hose, not the water pump. I had the hose fixed and a coolant flush done. I can't say for certain that the other shop was being dishonest. There might not have been any water in the upper radiator hose to spray out when a pressure check was done.

I was mailed a birthday coupon by the business so decided to give them a call to learn more. Michelle, the manager, answered and was helpful, answering my many questions. I brought my car in for an oil change that morning and they finished in no time while also addressing some needs I may have later on. It was an enjoyable experience!

Great customer service. I was completely surprised how fast they were able to service my car on a Saturday morning.

The entire staff was friendly from the front desk to the individual who worked on my car. The rear lock on my FJ was jammed and he even showed me how to fix it myself next time. Pleasantly surprised about my visit and gave them 5 stars. Great company, will be back if I encounter any auto issues. Just adding more to my original review....but staff is friendly as always and they do a good job with my gf and my oil changes! Thank you

Everyone takes time, even when they don't have it, to take care of your concerns and questions. They are prompt, willing to explain what's happening with you vehicle, and will have your work done to fit your schedule. I have been very happy with their service on both my cars and an RV.
