Michelle, James, and Charles took amazing care of us. My car was taken in for an oil change and general diagnostics with the understanding that my brakes will need to be done from my last visit. After further investigation they put their concerns from my diagnostics in front of me and explained each one and the importance. In addition to the oil change we were going to have them flush the brake fuild and put new brakes and rotors on. After completely taking the wheel well off, they discovered my brakes didn't need to be done. So they called me and explained we don't need them done and they will just do the brake fuild flush because they would copper in it. The team was professional, honest, warm, and efficient. I will be coming back! Thanks Michelle, James, and Charles.

Professional and courteous staff repaired rear differential and front brakes in a timely manner.

Great service; friendly people; reviewed my vehicle problem and found nothing wrong, no charge for the diagnostics. We will be back when additional vehicle is needed. Brought my truck in for a major leak; they diagnosed the problem and fixed it the same day. My normal service provider said it would take a month to get an appointment! Service Street kept me informed about the entire process. Great customer service. Returned for oil, lube, and replaced rear differential fluid. Courteous and very professional. Returned for oil and lube with appointment. In and out fast. Workers are professional and courteous. Kevin did a nice job of diagnosing my vehicle’s starting problem. Chad and the entire team were awesome. They have a great warranty and prices were fair. Chad was communicative and overall terrific to work with. I will continue to visit for all my maintenance needs.

I had a blast at the auto shop today! Big shoutout to Brandon and the front desk guru for their lightning-fast service. I rolled in just 15 minutes before closing time with my headlight putting up a stubborn fight, but Brandon swooped in like a superhero and swapped it out in record time. They saved the day, and now I'll forever cherish this heroic headlight tale!

James is a fantastic service associate. It’s a bit of a bummer needing to wait for parts. Not sure it’s their fault. I do like the LYFT rides so I don’t have to wait at the shop.
