I had such a great experience at Service Street! The atmosphere was welcoming and the place had such a positive vibe. A big shout-out to Skyler and Frank — they were incredibly nice and kind the whole time. They made sure everything went smoothly, answered all my questions, and treated me with so much patience and respect. Their friendliness really stood out and made the experience even better. I would definitely recommend Survive Street to anyone looking for a great time with amazing staff!

Skyler helped me patch a hole in my tire. Didn’t charge me a thing, I can’t say thank you enough. Took literally less than 10 mins.

Highly recommend Service St! Phoenix in particular was excellent and highly knowledgeable, and Theodor too. I had spent hours taking my car to two mechanics and 2 auto body stores to try to diagnose and then switch out a battery on my 20 year old car. They were professional and I appreciate their help very much! I’d bring my car back.

I came in for a flat tire. Skyler found a hole in the tire and patched in for me free of charge. Very grateful for these guys getting me out of a jam and making it such a smooth easy process.

This place provided excellent customer service and super friendly. I was in town to go wedding dress shopping with my daughter. Her tire ended up having a leak due to a broken key jammed in it. I called and they got me in as soon as I walked in and was out within 15 minutes to make her first bridal appointment. They were so nice to provide a complimentary plug to fix the tire. I highly recommend using them.

I woke up to a flat tire this morning which is obviously not an ideal way to start the day. Fortunately this place is down the street and open early, so I stopped in. Cesar was super kind, quick, and did an amazing job. I am happy to have found this place and will definitely return for any of my car service needs. Thanks a lot for making my morning less stressful, Cesar!

My tire had a slow leak, and I was able to drive in with no appointment. I was in and out in 26 minutes and they charged me $0!!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND and I will use them again!

After having serious issues with Pride Auto in Longmont (see my review of that location) Thomas and his crew were such a welcome relief. Service Street and Pride Auto are shops under the same corporate umbrella. I had a hole develop in my radiator this morning and I called Thomas ( and to my surprise, he remembered me from Longmont) and he was able to get me in right away as well as get the repair completed in a few hours, plus covered a good portion of the repair under warranty from the Longmont location. It was such a welcome change from the issues I had with the other shop. Thomas was great and his technician knew what he was doing and was fast with the repair. I highly recommend this shop for your repairs.

Thomas was so helpful and understanding, I really appreciate that they prioritize customer satisfaction over anything. This place is one of the best mechanic shops I’ve ever been to, from the atmosphere to the service speed, everything was awesome.

I highly recommend service street tire and auto repair of Thornton Colorado They beat Everybody's price in town that I called They were able to get me in same day for a transmission fluid Replacement They even offered me a lift ride home at no charge They seemed very busy and at times a little frustrated, but have patience and they will take good care of you Ask for Ronald

Skyler and Thomas saved the day! When Firestone wouldn’t get us in for a nail, Service Street got us right in and fixed us up. I can’t say good enough things. Thank you again!
