It's been such a great experience in this shop that now I'm a customer for life!! I went in for an oil change and a tire rotation and the team found out about several other issues that in other places were overlooked or missed Customer service is amazing, Rick Hawkins is great at explaining the services performed and the importance of having them done for a safe vehicle operation and having the customers best interest as a priority. I highly recommend Service Street for your car's needs

Took our 2014 CRV for replacement f burned out headlight. Really appreciated fast, friendly service with no pressure to have unnecessary work done right away. Highly recommend Service Street for car servicing needs.

Quick oil change and great service

(Edit) Now 2nd time there. Still love it. Stand by everything I said from my first visit below. Will be back! First time trying service street. Will be coming back! Friendly, straightforward, knowledgeable…and didn’t try to upswell me on anything I didn’t need (like other shops often do). They notified me of upcoming mfg recommended maintenance and gave me a quote. Will be coming back!

A few weeks ago the gremlins started torturing me. My van would start and run like normal, then every few minutes in my drive the dash power would stop and the windshield wipers flick across the glass. It was freaky but no real problem... yet. We went on a lovely vacation and returned to a full on infestation. The van still started no problem but all the lights on the emergency board are now on. The odometer and speedometer not responding at all. I called the crew at service street and told them my problem. They were so kind and knowledgeable. They got me in right away and fixed the issue before the day was out and for less then they initially quoted. The gremlins are gone and they have earned a customer for life. Thank you so much!

Very courteous and efficient.

This location has very nice workers who are truly helpful. They are also very timely in their services and making an appointment has always been a hassle free experience. They estimated my car to be completed in one hour and it actually took about 40 minutes. So grateful to know I can get an oil change with great service.

Called them and see if they could replace the dead battery in my truck today on short notice. They were very accommodating and I had a new one installed in 1 1/2 hours! I highly recommend them!

Out of towner here and had an emergency oil leak and also brakes made some terrible sound. Not only got my car in on a Saturday morning day of, but they found 2 critical errors another company made in Omaha Ne!! Ezekiel Sigg was on another level when it came to service and he had great patience as he waited for me to arrive at 7pm to pick up! Now I can get home on time for work!!! Thanks guys!! Outstanding service 5 Star all the way around!! Highly recommended

I am out of state on vacation. My vehicle started to have issues on Saturday holiday weekend and they were able to fit my car in and get it fixed same day. Exceeded expectations by far.

Good service and they usually have availability. They don't appear to cost significantly more than most repair shops.

They got me in right away when other places wanted me to wait a week or more. The check engine light was on and the engine was running rough. They figured out the problem, fixed it, and I had my car back the next day. I appreciate that they are open until 7:00 and are willing to stay a bit longer if needed. They're also open on Saturdays!

This was the 1st time I used this place. I give them 5 stars. They were able to fix my issue for my window for a fair price and get my filters replaced. The service at the desk was exceptional. The men that checked me in and out were kind and very informative about the process. Will use them in the future for my matinee needs.

I would trust them to work on anything they are great they actually care about the work that they do .

Service Street reviewed my exhaust issues and were honest by letting me know they could not perform the work. They referred me to a local exhaust shop who has been very helpful. It's always nice when you work with a mechanic who is honest.

Quick diagnostics and offered a fair price. The final bill was not quite what I was expecting after talking to the person who gave me the update, and the person who checked me out adjusted the price more in line with what my conversation was.
