Great service, crazy busy when I went in on a Saturday, transmission and oil change complete.

Awesome response and communication. I live in Illinois and needed assistance with my child’s car. Great customer service and support from start to finish.

They were able to slide me in the morning to fix my car after it was towed in the night before. Reasonable pricing for repairs and breakdown of cost. OEM products.

My first time at Service Street and I liked the service. It was easy to schedule and appointment online, they have a nice waiting area and if you don't want to wait there are restaurants in the area. It took an hour for my oil change and they didn't try to upsell me anything but did advise that I was due for new brakes which is true. I'd go back again for another oil change or likely get my brakes done.

They did oil service to the work truck and this the second time, until now they have done a good work. I really recomend them

Honest about the old leak. It was just the filter that came loose. Other shops would have probably not been so honest.

Great customer service here! Took my vehicle in for an inspection and the guys there were all great, friendly and super helpful. I definitely found a shop to get all my services done on my vehicles.

They were courteous, and got me in right away. Provided ride home and back through Lyft. Diagnosed problem. Discussed what was needed right away and suggested other services not so urgent. Fixed everything in a few hours. Gave me a ballpark quote but it came out to be less.

I've been here twice in the last year for my oil changes and have been very happy with my auto service! The staff are courteous, friendly, and accommodating for all auto services. Thank you for you continued care! "Trooper" is a happy customer!

I went to SS for a second opinion on a tie-rod issue which they confirmed. I had them replace the inner and outer tie-rods; it saved me nearly $300 on Firestone's outrageous price. Don't get any ideas now SS!!!

Drove 30 min to come here from good reviews and the lack of availability in my area, and I would again! They were able to get me in the day after I called and helped me out a lot.

Friendly, knowledgeable, reasonably priced, got a quick appointment just yesterday for today, which is rare on the auto repair business!

15 years later and I've never had a bad experience. Recently they've had big turnover and check in isn't as smooth as it used to be. They can usually get me in and out within an hour if I make an appointment ahead of time.
