I have needed to use this shop three separate times in the past few months, and I have been beyond impressed each time. The staff has always been very friendly and open, they tell me what needs to happen and how much it will cost before they start any work. The first time I called them, I was having battery issues. My car "reset" while I was driving down I-76, like my battery had gone completely dead. Yes, it was as scary as it sounds! I had just gotten the battery replaced by a different company about a month previously, and the company that replaced it refused to do any service on it. That's when I called these guys. They were very sweet, got me in the same day, had the fix done super fast. They never "Man-splained" anything to me, and they treated me with respect. There's a clean and comfortable waiting room to use while they work. I was so impressed that I went back for my regular oil change a few weeks later, five star service again. A couple of weeks after that, one of my headlights burned out. I called and spoke to Zach, who told me to bring it on in. He took a look at my car, told me that they could absolutely replace the headlight, but I could either pay their prices (and as anyone who works in any business knows, all businesses have to upcharge in order to make any sort of profit) or I could walk next door to Auto Zone and get my own light bulb and bring it back so they could replace it. I'll choose cheap, thanks! Zach made sure I had the right model number, I went and got the bulb, brought it back to him, and my car was done in no time! I appreciate their open, honest communication, and greatly appreciate that I, as a woman, feel comfortable and respected in their shop. That is far from the case with most repair places. Highly recommend, especially to women who want to be able to get work done on their cars solo. Thanks for being an amazing company, gentlemen!

Visited to have a nail in my tire plugged. Zach helped check me in he was prompt and courteous. Service was so fast I didn't even have enough time to connect to the wifi. Lounge area was very clean and the large leather chairs are a great touch.

This is one or the better shops I been too out here in Thornton since I moved to thiz part of town they definitely take care of you and Big thumbs up to nathan for taking time to take me to tha bay and show me some of the concerning issues with my vehicle … me as a former mechanic I always appreciate a honest inspection

Google reviews only goes up to 5 stars but I will give this place 10+ stars for their professional attitude and quick full service shop. My check engine light came on and I called many auto shops but no one had the time to take a look so I found Service Street and called in. David immediately picked up the phone and said to bring the car down for an inspection. Same day they found issues that needed to be addressed. By the end of the day he called back saying that the car was still being worked on. I didn’t expect my car to be done same day so it was ok by me. So he called the next day saying it was ready for pick up. Also this place provides Lyft ride-share services so you don’t have to sit around waiting for your car which makes it very convenient so that you can go on with your day. A lot of auto shops don’t have this type of service. So I had other issues after my car was returned so I called them back and Zach answered my call. He said that it wasn’t any trouble for me to bring it back so that he can take a look at it. He fixed the maintenance required light that came on and also replaced a new brake light bulb and helped me replace my windshield wiper. Talk about great service!!! These guys are LEGIT!!! Highly recommend this place.

Was great. Brakes and rotaries replaced, a bit on the high side from what i estimated but I trust these guys and they’ve taken care of me for years now. Always good work and service.

Zach was awesome and took care of my oil change super quick and they even got me a rear wiper which I've needed for too long. He didn't haggle me on the stuff that I should get done, and made an itemized list instead. Best experience with these guys this time.

I brought in my car. Do you have an oil change and they were just beyond friendly and they were very quickly about getting me out the door. It was awesome. That is the kind of customer service that all auto shops should have and maybe they should look at that and learn from Street Service so I appreciate them very much.
