Outstanding customer service! We had a low tire on our rental car. Thomas, front counter Mgr, was fast at getting us in and keeping us informed. Skylar, service tech, did a good job taking care of our repair. Awesome to see and feel that there is truly great customer service still around. I have been taking all my vehicles to Service Street in Thornton and this shop is "Awesome". The service is stellar and the prices are fair. They are not like other shops that try to take you for all your money and then some. I appreciate that they are honest, truthful and extremely knowledgeable. Leonard is the best. He always treats you like you are family and will go above and beyond to help you in order to get you through the tough times in auto repairs. He understands that auto repair can sometimes get costly, yet he will do everything he can to get the job done right the first time and still do it on my budget. He does not cut corners nor does he try to sell me on things my vehicles do not need. It is hard to find people in this industry that are honest and run a business with integrity. I understand that no business is perfect but when you have managers like Leonard running the shop, I have the peace of mind that all 3 of my Mercedes, GMC truck and Nissan Frontier are in good hands. I am not sure why other reviews tend to cry a river about this place but in my experience of taking my vehicles there has been nothing but GREAT. They will continue to have my business. If your looking for a great auto repair shop to take your car to, take my word for it, this is the place. Ask for the manager (Leonard), He will take care of you and give you a great experience. Thanks Leonard for always keeping my cars running at peak performance. Keep up the good work.

Isaac was very awesome helping me out this morning, I needed a quick break light replacement and he had me out of there in less than 10 minutes. Every time I come to Service Street the guys working are always quick and thorough. My time was appreciated and Isaac and the rest of the crew rock! Thank you all for you professionalism and hard work!

Clean and fast. Friendly service. Wait time faster than they indicated which is always a plus. Nice K cup machine and leather chairs in the waiting room. Update: December 2024. I've been back to this place a few times recently due to my tires attracting nails! Very frustrating for me but David and Isaac get me in and out very quickly and do a good job with the tire plugs. Thanks guys for the work and getting me in and out in a timely manner even when I didnt have an appointment. This is for the shop in Thornton, CO.
