I came in after a fender bender, WHILE TRAVELING FROM GA, in a complete panic. The woman working ( Alley I think ) put up with my hysterics and listened to what I said and walked me through repairs along with insurance procedures. I was in a rush and was trying to essentially get a break down and ask a million questions. She was kind, patient and extremely understanding, especially under the circumstances. Next time I am traveling she will definitely be planned into my route in case of an emergency.

Quick service for oil change and tire rotations; recommended replacement and alignment check - but will consider it on next visit- and there was no stress or bad eyes for declining- just being professional- very good!

It was wonderful. I had a unexpected oil leak and Alley and Derrick took great care of me and they were very knowledgeable about their job.

I had a fantastic experience with Derek! He completed my oil change in a swift 40 minutes. The wait area was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with TV, coffee, water, and restroom facilities. What really impressed me was Derek's honesty and transparency. He provided a straightforward assessment without being pushy or trying to upsell me on unnecessary services. The prices were very reasonable too! Overall, I highly recommend service street and this service center for their efficiency, honesty, and excellent customer service. Five stars, hands down!

Couldn’t beat the price. Got my inspection and repaired a tire. Lobby is clean. I’ll be back when I get my tax refund for a full set of tires & brake pads. Thanks Larry!

Always a great experience at Service Street. This is my second time getting extensive work done on my vehicle and again, they did an excellent. They are trustworthy and great at explaining what the findings are and what to look our for in the future. I appreciate that they gave me a list of items that I can do in baby-steps and no pressure to do all at once. Great way to help the customer. I very much appreciate the services and honesty of Service Street Auto Repair. They are a trustworthy mechanic with honesty and integrity. They were able to fix my truck from an oil leak earlier in Jan 2024. I revisited and they were able to honor the warranty to make sure the current issue was not related to the previous work done. They were able to determine why the engine light was still on to find that the previous shop I used, forgot to replace a valve. I will continue to use Street Service for future needs. Thank you to them specially Mr Larry who made me feel like I am family. You guys are great.
