I’ve come to this shop a few times now and each time they provide excellent customer service and are always more than willing to help. Best thing is that I don’t get “backyard shop” vibes where they create issues just to fix them. This shop is trustworthy and is always the first place that comes to mind when I have an issue. Thanks for all you do!

Took my car in for a tire puncture repair and was treated with utmost respect, courtesy and honesty. I highly recommend them.

I bought a pre-owned Jeep a few days ago. The four wheels on the ground had wheel locks but the spare tires did not. Of course, it is truly exposed on the back of the Jeep… easy picking for thieves. Well, I went to AutoZone on Fry Rd. and bought a wheel lock for the spare. I asked the manager where he thought I could get it installed. He immediately told me… SERVICE STREET! So… off I went to SERVICE STREET. When I arrived I was met by the General Manager, Alley Gray. She enthusiastically introduced herself and asked what I needed. I began to explain my situation. No problem! She took my keys… drove my Jeep into one of the service bays… had the wheel lock installed… and that was it! She drove back around to the front of the facility…. gave me the keys and said… have a nice day! WOW! That was quick! How much do I owe you…. She said that there was no charge and she wished for me to have a great day! Now… that was tremendous customer service with a smile! I’ll definitely take my Jeep back to Ms. Gray when I need service! Thank you, Ms. Gray.

I called to ask about getting an oil change done quickly, and the service rep (Larry) asked if I could bring my car in at that very moment! The techs got the job done fast, and Larry was very helpful in explaining their different service packages. I'll definitely be coming back here!

Larry was great. So personable!!! I came for inspection & ended up getting oil change & tire rotation. We always get great Service here & so glad it’s in our own neighborhood.

I came in after a fender bender, WHILE TRAVELING FROM GA, in a complete panic. The woman working ( Alley I think ) put up with my hysterics and listened to what I said and walked me through repairs along with insurance procedures. I was in a rush and was trying to essentially get a break down and ask a million questions. She was kind, patient and extremely understanding, especially under the circumstances. Next time I am traveling she will definitely be planned into my route in case of an emergency.
