I’ve been here twice for oil changes (all the way from HKA area. My most recent visit was yesterday, both experiences were amazing. The customer service here is stellar, the staff is polite and professional, and this morning I even received a courtesy follow up call from the manager Allie thanking me for my business and letting me know they are available if I had any questions. Thank you service street, I’ll see you all again in 5k miles.

Best shop I’ve ever been to. Derrick was awesome and took care of me and everything I needed for my Tesla. They got a customer for life! Super nice, very professional, and super caring about the customer. I felt like I was bothering them honestly but Derrick and the technicians were super helpful, customer oriented, and they made sure all my needs were taken care of. Everything about this place is top tier. From repairs to customer service. They’re dedicated to their job and take great pride in what they do. Allie, she goes above and beyond, she’s a great asset to the company, they’re lucky to have such an incredible human being.

They are new and close, so I thought I would give them a try. My problem was simple, a nail in my tire that was fixed with a plug. My car was immediately taken into the service bay and it took maybe 20 minutes. When I was ready to pay, they said ‘no charge’. Now that is amazing service. I will definitely be back!

Low Cost Pet Clinic, SUNDAY JUNE 8, 2-4pm. Very pet-friendly service center!🐕 Met the new manager, Alley, today & she is great. Went out of her way to speak to each of us; kept us updated on what was going on with our car. Techs were quick. Office is beautiful. I will definitely come back & refer my friends. I received the best service I’ve ever had at an auto repair shop! I brought my car to Service Street Auto Repair in Cypress due to a slow tire leak. They quickly identified the issue—a nail in the tire—and had it repaired in less than 20 minutes. Fast, efficient, and professional service!
