We arrived at the garage with a flat tire, the service was very courteous and we were out in less than half an hour. At other places we had been before, they asked us to wait between 3-4 hours.

Always friendly and knowledgeable. We take all our vehicles to them.

Service Street has always been more than helpful, and they go above and beyond. When they found issues that were still covered on my dealer warranty, they told me what to tell the dealer. When the dealer claimed work was needed that would not be under warranty, Service Street gave a reliable and lower cost opinion. Just now, I asked for a quick diagnostic of some work the dealer claimed was needed and the team at Service Street refused to let me pay for the diagnostic because, "It only took 5 minutes". THAT is service that makes loyal customers! Meanwhile, the dealer has added 3% charges for credit card transactions... I know where I'm going from now on.

They’re not pushy, they’re sweet, AND they give complimentary ride services back to your house and pickup so you don’t have to wait in an office (thankfully I live 8min away).

When a major problem happens on the road that leads to catastrophic failure it can be devastating and very upsetting. The team here walking me thru the entire repair process added photos along the way and at every step of the repair process. In my 38 years of driving and owning a car I have never seen anything like this before. The quality of the repairs and communication was absolutely 5 star . You can’t put a price on peace of mind. Thank you to the entire team that got my truck on the road , thank you for every step in the process. Forever grateful where ever you might be this is the place to get your work done hands down. Lot of shops claim to do good work this one backs it up.

UPDATED POST: As I mentioned in my review below, I had an issue last week. Since that time, Deana with Service Street reached out via email, text, and phone to make it right. They admitted to the mistake and were very apologetic for the service issue. They graciously offered to complete the repair free of charge and had me in and out of there within an hour as promised. I give credit for any business that admits to being human and making a mistake and is willing to make it right. This is rare theae days, and because of that I have changed my rating from 1 star to a 5 STAR REVIEW! I will be back for future car service if this is the way they treat their customers. Hope this review helps future customers decide on where they want to take their car for work. ORIGINAL POST: I took my vehicle in to a tire repair and rotation. I was told it would take approximately one hour. After waiting for over an hour and 15 minutes, my vehicle had not even made it into the bay to begin work. Very disappointed.

The front office was wonderfully welcoming and remembered me and my car from my last visit. They got clear consent on actions they would take, which was so reassuring. Jonny worked on my car and did a great job! He explained what he had done, what he found and did it with friendly professionalism. I feel so confident that I’ll be treated fairly with Jonny and the whole team working on my car. That’s a rare feeling… don’t know if I’ve felt that way before with a service shop!
