Excellent service, communication and turnaround time

When I called to schedule my appointment the woman who I spoke with was very friendly. When I arrived for my appointment I was greeted in a cheerful way and kept informed throughout the whole process of my oil change. The entire experience at Service Street was exceptional and I'll be back in the future for sure!

Something was hanging from the bottom of my car and making a loud scraping noise, so I brought it in. The team was super nice, got me in right away, fixed the issue quickly, and didn’t even charge me. It’s rare to find a shop that’s both fast and honest.. I REALLY appreciate their kindness and professionalism. I will definitely be a returning customer!

Deanna is amazing and made sure I was taken care of like a family member. The whole crew treats ya great. Very few companies exist these days with such level of true customer service. If things aren’t right up front, they make it so. These are the kind of folks you not only want in business but in life.

They are close to the house and I noticed a ton of amazing reviews. I had an evaluation at dealer a few months ago and major work needed )engine mount). Decided to give them a shot. Reviews are all true. Really nice folks. Comp Lyft rides back and forth. Constant texts and modern invoicing and approvals via phone. Got work done same day! Dealer said would take 3 days and was way more expensive quote. Couldn’t be more impressed. I sent wife there today with her car as she thought she needed tires etc. They said no tires needed yet. Really solid and honest shop. This will be my go to shop moving forward 100%.

High Quality great service

The people here at Service Street are awesome! Very professional, honest and kind. I’ve been here twice now and each time they could have done and charged me much higher for unnecessary work but they only did what was actually needed and the prices were very reasonable. In a world where many mechanics LOOK for extra things “wrong” with your car, it’s refreshing to have auto repair shops that don’t try to squeeze you for as much as they can. The experience with them both times has been high quality and the lady at the front desk (forget her name) is sweet, does a great job communicating and has a calm spirit. Thank you!

Very honest and patient with people, like me and probably many, who don’t understand the intricacies of cars. Deanna took the time to explain all that was wrong with my older car but all the while understanding that I do not intend to keep it for long. She suggested the minimal services to keep me going. Her honesty and directness was very much appreciated and she at no time tried to take advantage of this car dumbo! Thank you and I’ll be returning to the Frisco Main St. location again.

Honestly the best and most friendly shop I've ever been to. They are very reasonable, and the work is done in a timely fashion. I brought in my BMW M5 Comp (which is my baby) for an oil change. Saved $100's from the dealer's quote, and that included using the best sythentic oil on the market for high performance cars. Love these folks!

Employees are very courteous. Prices are fair, and some basic services were offered free of charge. Waiting room is clean. A digital inspection report with pictures and descriptions was included.

Anthony is always such a gem whenever I have car troubles. However, today was exceptionally well. Came in with 2 RUINED tires and an overall awful mood as a result. He showed such kindness and compassion to me. Sent me in a Lyft home and had another one waiting for me as soon as my car was ready. It’s people like him that keep me coming back to this place. Your car is ALWAYS in good hands here ♥️

Amazing service! Amazing staff! Amazing everything! Was walked through the entire estimate with pictures and thorough explanations. The most amazing part was calling me to remove one of the repairs that turned out to be a smaller issue. Thank you again for the amazing job!
