I cannot say enough GREAT things about Service Street. I had an emergency with my car and a very bad experience with my dealership's service center and they truly went above and beyond to help me. Stephen was incredibly kind, understanding and transparent throughout the entire process. He communicated each step with me and tried to make it as budget friendly as possible while still fixing the problems and ensuring my vehicle was safe to drive. I am so thankful to find a local shop that is honest, transparent and reasonable. They are the epitome of customer service. Thank you, Stephen and Service Street team!!!!

Perfect in every way

Another service company quoted me between five and $10,000 for some rework and after reviewing the issue, they were able to repair it for much less. I return here because of their honesty and good work. Highly recommend.

Very respectable and straight forward company from the time we spoke on the phone to the time I picked up my vehicle Ian and Steven made sure everything was explained and wasted no time getting me in. Very reasonable priced and honest company !

I have never posted a review before, however this was absolutely the best professional service provided that this time I had to share my experience. In today's world of diminished customer service, this business far exceeded all of my expectations. After telling them of my needs they provided me with a ride home and back to pick up my vehicle. The service provided took care of all of my issues that I had, runs perfect no vibrations. They fixed what a local dealer failed to do correctly. We will be coming in for more of this great service. Had a blow out in frisco they were the closest to me. They fixed it and didnt even let me pay for it they said its on me. Blessed

Very friendly staff got me in did the work oil change and tire rotation inspected my truck all was good had a coupon with a rebate they helped me sign up for the rebate ...my truck calls for 6 quarts of oil and any other place will change for and extra qt but they didn't charge me for the 6 quart...I'll definitely be back the gentleman at the counter told me all of there other savings that they offer and was very knowledgeable of my type of truck and motor ....thanks y'all for a great job see you in 5000 miles

Excellent service, communication and turnaround time

When I called to schedule my appointment the woman who I spoke with was very friendly. When I arrived for my appointment I was greeted in a cheerful way and kept informed throughout the whole process of my oil change. The entire experience at Service Street was exceptional and I'll be back in the future for sure!

Something was hanging from the bottom of my car and making a loud scraping noise, so I brought it in. The team was super nice, got me in right away, fixed the issue quickly, and didn’t even charge me. It’s rare to find a shop that’s both fast and honest.. I REALLY appreciate their kindness and professionalism. I will definitely be a returning customer!
