I arrived as the shop opened, and I was complete and back home in 25 minutes later. I didn't even get the chance to play any of my Words with Friends games because the service was that quick. And the lady at the counter who assisted me, she was the most genuine and caring person I have met in a while. I will definitely be back.

My day was met with strife until I reached your business. You were able to get me in and out quickly and with hospitality. The lobby was comfortable, not that I had a lot of time in there!! I also dropped my wife’s debit card at the store, when I finally retraced my steps they had it right there on the counter waiting for me to find it!! Thank you for making my day twice!!

Awesome shop! Took my car in to have a leak assessed and to have the vehicle checked out in full before a long trip. It was diagnosed quickly, needed a new radiator, and work wasi completed quickly by the next morning. Everyone was so friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I’ll definitely go back!

They gave me the best rate on my 4 tires and service was so fast. I would highly recommend them for tier replacements.

This is the second year I have been to them amazingly nice friendly people. I’m always in and out very fast for my emission test. If I ever had anything go wrong with my car this is the place. I think I’m gonna take it. They seem very honest. Bravo, we’re having a good company here in North Dallas.

If anything ever went wrong with my car, I would only take it here so many shysters out there looking to score big on an old woman with a car. It’s refreshing to feel heard and cared for when you go into an auto repair. Bravo for you having a service center in North Dallas it makes people want to come back.

Steven was very helpful on what I’d call a very busy Saturday! We came in for a possible flat repair, they let us drop off the tire and come back to have it mounted so we could go on with our Saturday errands. We highly recommend and will be back!

For context, I just moved to Frisco and I am looking for the best places and businesses to support my life. Diana demonstrated outstanding customer service. She also was very competent and effectively communicated everything. The work was quick and high quality. And the digital report they sent me via text — which is super convenient— is detailed, transparent, and coupled with the pro tips given by Diana, critically helpful for planning my next repair. Lastly, all of this at the best price compared to the other shops in the area that I called for a quote. Thank you!

This Frisco location has me thanking my lucky stars. I am so happy to have found a tire station that cares for their customers the way I felt yesterday.
