This is the BEST auto shop I ever been Frankie gave me too tier customer service made sure my car was taken care of I wasn’t over charged for something I didn’t need !! I’m a forever customer here they have earned my trust to come back my car was in one peace when I picked up the place is clean and everybody was nice and willing to help with whatever I needed !!! Y'all are always amazing, very kind, and friendly.i met Frankie yesterday and I felt like we knew each other from way back. Every time I've been there, I've received nothing but the best service. Always treated like family by every different person I've met there. I moved from Frisco to Celina almost 2 years ago and I still prefer to drive past several shops to get to Service Street Tire & Auto Repair. I truly appreciate great customer service and they provide nothing short of that. Especially in these times of uncertainty, I felt welcomed, safe, and comfortable. I 💯 recommend them to everyone! Quick, thorough and extremely easy to deal with. BTW, O’Reilly’s told me the battery was fine, which I knew wasn’t the case. Deanna did not sell me anything. She explained that the battery was low and what that could mean. She didn’t push anything, she helped me. That’s why I’ll go back to them.

I am very pleased with the service is was provided. I had a real stinky situation ( mode/sour smell) coming through my vents. After the disinfectant treatment I received it no longer have this issue. Thank you very much!!

Great experience on recent oil change.

I would like to thank the staff for helping me at the last minute. I went to Paris Baguette for a quick sweet treat. Just as I was trying to leave, I realized that I could not unlock my door and my key fob was dead. Thank goodness they were located in the same complex and the staff went out of their way to get me a new battery even when they didn’t have my size in stock. It meant a lot to me, especially being pregnant and being on my own. Thank yall again for the hospitality and help

Wow, what a great experience I had at this location! I had an issue with my tire that made it difficult to fill with air. The experts at Service Street Tire & Auto Repair resolved the issue quickly and appropriately! The piece that fills the tire with air seemed to be a bit off which is why it wasn't easy for me to fill it with air at the gas station. They filled it with air and sprayed the tire. The best part is they marked it as a courtesy inspection because no work was completed. There are several places that would have charged a $100+ diagnostic fee just to put air in the tire. Thank you so much Service Street Tire & Auto for being honest, fair, and a true vehicle saver! I highly recommend you check this place out for your tire and auto repair needs.

Had some check engine light issues that seemed to keep coming back pretty much right when picking up the vehicle. This happened twice in a row. I then left the vehicle for a week and a half to get that repaired. Came to pickup and again an issue immediately upon start up. This time they took it right in and took care of the issue that day. They comped the last repair for the inconvenience. The people are always friendly and easy to deal with and it seems are willing to work with you if there are issues. That’s getting rare in my experience.

I’ve been taking my vehicles to Service Street a few times now, and they’ve consistently earned my trust. Even though we’re in a fast-growing area, this shop maintains a genuine small-town vibe. The staff is courteous, and more importantly, they operate with a level of integrity that’s hard to find. The service is great, the prices are reasonable, and I never feel like I’m being upsold on things I don’t need. Highly recommend them for anyone looking for honest, high-quality basic auto care.

A great first impression—everything was clear and efficient. They gave a detailed explanation of the car’s issues. I’d also like to mention the very friendly service at the front desk and from the mechanics.
