Customer service is top-notch! I’d been putting off getting my emissions inspection because these types of errands are never fun, but that dread completely disappeared the minute they greeted me. I dropped by Service Street Auto Repair without an appointment in the middle of the day to have the bolts re-tightened that connect the cat-back exhaust system to the exhaust manifold. There was a small leak when the system was cold. I was so impressed with the level of service! They were very busy and without even having an appointment they quickly put my car on the lift, let it cool down, then re-tightened the bolts to factory torque specifications. They were very careful when moving the car. They had people monitoring on both sides of the car to ensure that there was appropriate clearance to prevent any type of damage. The staff was professional, friendly and knowledge. I'd also like to add that their waiting room was very nice, comfortable and exceptionally clean (the restrooms too). I would highly recommend this shop to anyone in the area.

I’ve tried several auto mechanic shops to do regular maintenance on my Nissan and Service Street Auto Repair in Frisco has the best service and pricing. Sherrye and Steven in the front are very friendly and was extremely helpful. They will assist you with the research to find the best pricing. Their oil changes are very reasonable and the mechanics will show you specific issues or parts that need repair. This atmosphere of transparency is much appreciated. I'll be referring you guys to everyone I know. Thanks again

Great place to have your vehicle looked over by true professionals

Thank you to Service Street Auto Repair for taking care of my Battery replacement today for my 2022 Toyota Corolla SE. I took my car today to 2 locations (Walmart Auto Center - Had the Battery in stock but could not replace it for some reason and Firestone - did not have it in stock at the time I arrived) Service Street Auto Repair had the Battery that I needed in stock and ready to go within 30 minutes or less. Thank you to the Lady that help me when I arrived there, She was super friendly, helpful and nice to me and made sure my car was taken care of. Thank you to the Service Street Auto Repair Mechanics and Staff again for my Car need today.

Had some work done at Service Street and I must say that their service is great. The two gentleman at the service reception are polite and know how to speak to a customer professionally and friendly. They explained all the procedures in detail. The kids while waiting are never bored thanks to the smart TV and pop corn. Keep up the good work!
