I wanted to share my recent exceptional experience at Service Street with Deanna, Anthony, and Hayden. When my 2016 Escalade encountered engine problems. Their level of customer service was unparalleled—they all took the time to thoroughly address all my questions and concerns, ensuring that I felt well-informed. Deanna went above and beyond as she navigated the intricacies of working with both my warranty company and the engine manufacturer, which ultimately resulted in the successful installation of a new engine. Hayden is the mechanic who replaced and installed my new engine and his knowledge and expertise made me feel very comfortable throughout the process. Anthony took the time to explain everything to me on how to properly take care of the new engine to make sure it lasts for a long time when I picked it up. I highly recommend entire Service Street team to anyone seeking top-notch automotive services. I will undoubtedly return for future maintenance needs. Thank you to everyone in the team at service Street for your amazing service.

I dropped by Service Street Auto Repair without an appointment in the middle of the day to have the bolts re-tightened that connect the cat-back exhaust system to the exhaust manifold. There was a small leak when the system was cold. I was so impressed with the level of service! They were very busy and without even having an appointment they quickly put my car on the lift, let it cool down, then re-tightened the bolts to factory torque specifications. They were very careful when moving the car. They had people monitoring on both sides of the car to ensure that there was appropriate clearance to prevent any type of damage. The staff was professional, friendly and knowledge. I'd also like to add that their waiting room was very nice, comfortable and exceptionally clean (the restrooms too). I would highly recommend this shop to anyone in the area.
