When a major problem happens on the road that leads to catastrophic failure it can be devastating and very upsetting. The team here walking me thru the entire repair process added photos along the way and at every step of the repair process. In my 38 years of driving and owning a car I have never seen anything like this before. The quality of the repairs and communication was absolutely 5 star . You can’t put a price on peace of mind. Thank you to the entire team that got my truck on the road , thank you for every step in the process. Forever grateful where ever you might be this is the place to get your work done hands down. Lot of shops claim to do good work this one backs it up.

UPDATED POST: As I mentioned in my review below, I had an issue last week. Since that time, Deana with Service Street reached out via email, text, and phone to make it right. They admitted to the mistake and were very apologetic for the service issue. They graciously offered to complete the repair free of charge and had me in and out of there within an hour as promised. I give credit for any business that admits to being human and making a mistake and is willing to make it right. This is rare theae days, and because of that I have changed my rating from 1 star to a 5 STAR REVIEW! I will be back for future car service if this is the way they treat their customers. Hope this review helps future customers decide on where they want to take their car for work. ORIGINAL POST: I took my vehicle in to a tire repair and rotation. I was told it would take approximately one hour. After waiting for over an hour and 15 minutes, my vehicle had not even made it into the bay to begin work. Very disappointed.

The front office was wonderfully welcoming and remembered me and my car from my last visit. They got clear consent on actions they would take, which was so reassuring. Jonny worked on my car and did a great job! He explained what he had done, what he found and did it with friendly professionalism. I feel so confident that I’ll be treated fairly with Jonny and the whole team working on my car. That’s a rare feeling… don’t know if I’ve felt that way before with a service shop!

It was a very wonderful experience meeting. The staff and getting their inputs on my vehicle. I do have a concern a recommendation. When a car comes in for service like an oil change, I would recommend making sure you top off all fluids including power steering brake fluid. Window washing fluid antifreeze. Because when I got home, everything was full, except to brake fluid. Excuse me, scratch that everything was full. Except the power steering fluid was very low. As a new customer and future customers, a little bit goes a long way. Anyway, my wife is going to go pick up. Some power steering fluid when she's at the store for something else so, but again, it was a very wonderful experience in service sincerely Ron Haun

I had been noticing a bird chirp like sound coming from the rear when my Nissan Pathfinder is turning a corner sometimes, and was getting worried as searching the internet pointed in possibilities around various suspension parts, power steering pump and so on that could cost considerably. When I called Service Street on Main St, Frisco TX to schedule my oil change, I asked Steve on the phone on how much they would charge to diagnose the problem, he suggested they can do a complimentary visual inspection first when I bring it in. Sure enough, Deanna at the front desk was able to notice the sound when we went for test drive even though it was faint and only happened once. She was also able to get the technician Byron to quickly diagnose that its actually from the spare tire carrier being lose. They would even take care of the problem without a charge. I don't generally leave a review, but felt the service I received today certainly deserves a 5* rating as it could easily have turned into expensive trial and error fixes had it not been for their expertise, efficiency and ethics! Thank you Deanna and Byron.
