People at the front desk are very helpful and quick at getting things done!! Along with the mechanics too, oil change, tire sensors checked and emissions check within an hour even with a packed garage! Gone here several times and super quick about things!!

Was very happy with the service I received today. I didn't feel pressured into doing a car repair I didn't necessarily need. I liked the fact they had different ideas to work with my budget and offered suggestions on how to cut down on costs (showing differences in a mid-market tire versus a budget tire). The Keurig machine was nice as well. I recall one employee asking the 3 of us in the waiting room if they could get any of us a cup of coffee while they were getting one themselves. Thank you for a great first impression!

I’ve been bringing my cars to this shop for years, but this time I felt compelled to leave a review. Came in for routine maintenance on a 2015 Ford Edge, and discovered a small issue—thankfully, they were able to fix it the same day. Anthony stood out with his impressive knowledge, professionalism, politeness, and honesty. He kept me informed throughout the process, making the entire experience seamless. My fiancé and I brought our 2014 Nissan Maxima in. Anthony was very polite and informative. Sherry was very helpful as well and a great addition to your crew. Their Manager, Deanna, was also there and very kind. Our car was throwing a code that our transmission fluid was low. Although flushing the fluid would have been more profitable to the company they were honest with us and suggested because of the age of the car we should just do a top off as it could potentially do significant damage to do a flush. They surprisingly ordered us a Lyft to our gym while we waited for our vehicle to be repaired. They suggested other repairs that are not currently in our budget , however, we will be back for all of our vehicle needs. Thank you for your integrity and you can expect multiple referrals from us.

Very friendly and courteous. Felt Steve was genuine. Was’t anticipating that I needed $2000 in repairs and a little annoyed at first but Steven was very patient and understanding. He gave me a discount. Everyone was very personable. I do feel that Service Street should work with the car wash across the street and provide a free car wash for people who spend several hundred dollars or more on any visit. Christian Brothers Auto does this. Nice touch. I enjoyed my experience overall.
