Professional, quality work

Great team here… took care of my inspection promptly. They were extremely fair with another gentleman in the office making sure not to double charge as they worked to diagnose an issue. I also got new premium wiper blades cheaper than what the other guys sell standard ones! Win- win! Check them out.

They have been very helpful each time we go. The first time I went I had a massive issue with our break lines and they were kind enough to help and get to the bottom if everything. Definitely came back again today for a state inspection! Very reliable! Thank you!

The man that greeted me was personable yet professional. Wrote up the ticket and dispatched it. The waiting room was neat and the temperature was just right. The inspection was quick and all handled professionally. I will be back.

Service Street examined my car and dug deep into the part needing replacement. Suggested that I would need to take the vehicle to the dealership. They could have charged me for the part and the diagnostic testing, but did not. Having spent an hour on testing and printing out all forms to take to the dealership still no charges. They also obtained a ride home from Lyft. I have never received such respect and honesty from any other business. Will definitely go back for any automotive concerns and will refer everyone to try them.

I took my car to have it checked over as we were taking a long trip. The brakes needed replacing. During the repair process, there was a problem which required additional parts. They took responsibility for the additional parts and labor. What a terrific display of integrity and customer service. Thanks

I’m lucky to live within a few minutes of this place because I’d drive a lot further for this kind of honest service. This is my go to for state inspections and oil changes. Haven’t had to get any other work done but I’m taking my cars here for that as well!

Today was the first time that I have ever walked into a service repair shop and not made to feel like a dumb girl. Even though I was only getting state inspection, the workers (I think his name was Dakota) made me feel comfortable, valued, and respected. They did not pressure me into any other services or repairs. They were professional, kind, patient, and fast! I will always return to Service Street! THANK YOU for such a great experience!
