I don’t know where to start. Made an appt with Moritz Kia Alliance last week (where I bought it) for today (a Monday) and they forgot to book me. Morons. I searched the closest shop to help diagnose the issue and came across Service Street. Ian answered the phone and was so genuinely nice and said “c’mon in” with a tone that made me feel like I wasn’t bothering them. I was there for maybe an hour. They located the issue, ordered the part, got the part, put the new part on, test drove it to make sure it was okay, filled up my tires, and topped my windshield fluid. They explained everything perfectly and patiently. Didn’t take advantage of me being a female and dumb about cars. Scheduled an oil change and alignment for tomorrow and they gave me $20 off. Literally, never going anywhere else again. Absolutely impeccable service and perfect gentlemen. Will recommend to anyone who will listen.
