Brought my 2018 Audi A4 in for body work, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. John and his team did an amazing job from start to finish. The turnaround time was quick, about 3 to 4 business days. Communication was clear and I received updates throughout the entire process. When I got my car back, it looked brand new. The quality of the work exceeded my expectations. I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone looking for reliable, efficient, and high quality service.

Brianna is the best!!! She always takes care of me and my family vehicles any time I call. She always smiling and very very friendly. Great customer service at the Snellville location. I visited the cadillac dealership in Duluth and they couldn't beat the customer service that I received at service street. I highly recommend them.

I would like to thank the staff for helping me at the last minute. I went to Paris Baguette for a quick sweet treat. Just as I was trying to leave, I realized that I could not unlock my door and my key fob was dead. Thank goodness they were located in the same complex and the staff went out of their way to get me a new battery even when they didn’t have my size in stock. It meant a lot to me, especially being pregnant and being on my own. Thank yall again for the hospitality and help

Wow, what a great experience I had at this location! I had an issue with my tire that made it difficult to fill with air. The experts at Service Street Tire & Auto Repair resolved the issue quickly and appropriately! The piece that fills the tire with air seemed to be a bit off which is why it wasn't easy for me to fill it with air at the gas station. They filled it with air and sprayed the tire. The best part is they marked it as a courtesy inspection because no work was completed. There are several places that would have charged a $100+ diagnostic fee just to put air in the tire. Thank you so much Service Street Tire & Auto for being honest, fair, and a true vehicle saver! I highly recommend you check this place out for your tire and auto repair needs.

I’ve taken my car here a few times now for some bigger repairs, and they’ve always taken really good care of me. The first time was for an oil housing issue, and they were able to figure it out quickly and get it fixed the same day. More recently I had a coolant issue, and again they diagnosed it and got everything taken care of within the day. They’re always transparent and communicate clearly about what the issue is, what it will cost, and whether I want to move forward with it. What really stood out this time was how they handled things after the repair. I noticed a small issue afterward (which I know can happen with more involved coolant work), and they had me bring it back in right away. They took another look, explained what was going on, and fixed it at no charge. That kind of service and accountability goes a long way. They’ve always been straightforward, helpful, and easy to work with. I definitely trust them and will keep coming back.

Had some check engine light issues that seemed to keep coming back pretty much right when picking up the vehicle. This happened twice in a row. I then left the vehicle for a week and a half to get that repaired. Came to pickup and again an issue immediately upon start up. This time they took it right in and took care of the issue that day. They comped the last repair for the inconvenience. The people are always friendly and easy to deal with and it seems are willing to work with you if there are issues. That’s getting rare in my experience.

AMMMMMMAZING AND WONDERFUL PLACE!! I came in upset about a flat tire I had at Jack in the box. Not only went out of their way to go to a sister store to get a tire but brought the vehicle back to shop and had to replaced for a reasonable price! They made my entire afternoon with their friendliness and I cant thank them enough! I will be back!

Always nice when we go there! We have been going since they opened. We take 3 of our cars there. Tires too! The staff are friendly.

Great place! Fair, honest, and highly skilled! I highly recommend Service Street because of their honesty, integrity, tremendous skills, and overall quality of service! We’ve been taking our cars there for several years now and have always been completely satisfied. Honesty is rare these days and I am so thankful that they only do the work that’s necessary….today was proof of that.

My car needed 2 tires so the ones on the front went on the back and the new tires went on the front. A front end alignment was also done. The men there were polite and helpful.
