Cory and Clay were awesome! Had quite a bit of work done this past weekend. Dropped off on Friday and ready for pickup Tuesday afternoon. Very pleased so far. Indeed, final bill was lower than quoted and expected! Thank you Cory at Service Street on Hess Rd in Parker! The staff was very pleasant to deal with as well! I would definitely go back to this location for any of my service needs.

I'm very happy that Service Street has opened in my neighborhood. I walked in and was assisted immediately. The Service Advisor was super nice. I was having a minor issue with my tire pressure. There was a comfortable waiting area, although I didn't have to wait very long before I was on my way. I'm definitely going back for my regular maintenance and for any other issues that may come up.

From the very first time I walked into the Cedar Bluff location in February, I felt very welcome & valued. The manager, Patrick, along with the rest of his phenomenal team, go above & beyond to ensure the customer experience is a great one, and in their mission to create 'forever customers,' they do an amazing job. Not only do they get your vehicle in quickly, they are very thorough & do an excellent job of taking the time to show you & explain if something's going on. Repairs are done at a reasonable price, often lower than at other places. I also love the '5-year, 50k mile warranty' that applies to most things. Unheard of in this industry! The peace of mind I've received from here is priceless. Let's face it, the car repair industry is a largely bad news industry, aside from routine maintenance stuff, but feel great in knowing that Service Street's got your back!

We took my son's truck in for an estimate for some electrical work. This was part of their "free" evaluation. We the then authorized an additional $199.00 to trace more issues. They came back with an absurdly high estimate. When I objected pointing out that according to the labor hours quoted they were charging over $250 an hour! The employees responce was that's the cost because of overhead etc.. At this point a manager called Nate stepped in and took a look at the paperwork and quickly discovered they had doubled some of the parts and labor. To make it right Nate offered to refund the $199.44 and send us to another of their locations at a reduced rate. They did some of the work including a $400.00 part not mentioned in the original estimate and 2 months later still have not received the original $199.44 promised by the regional manager.

Awesome Crew! Everyone was so nice and polite on my very 1st visit for an oil change. Thank you for assisting me with a bad oil pan bolt!
