SERVICE STREET AUTO REPAIR

I have taken my car to Service Street many times over the years. Warren and all the other people at SS are very kind, fair and efficient.

Repairs have not failed, very professional staff, they hold the line on costs (without sacrificing the integrity of the repair).We need good neighborhood businesses like these.

I'm a "do it yourselfer" that has a hard time leaving my vehicle to be worked on by others. My experience has shown one thing gets fixed and there are two more when I pick up my car......but since I don't have a wheel balancer in my possession, I must allow others to work on my truck. YES, It makes me nervous just to have my wheels balanced.I must say the staff was great. they were very friendly and courteous. I left my truck to go eat dinner with my family and went back promptly just before 8 pm and they were just finishing my truck. This was my first experience with this location and I can say I will return.

As always, the staff is friendly, knowledgeable, professional and honest. I have never felt like I was being ripped off because the first time I went there they told me about the things that were wrong with my car...and only the things I KNEW were wrong with my car. No new mysterious stuff. That went a long way with me. I tell everyone I know to try them out. Thanks guys!

THIS IS THE BEST IN BUSINESS FOR AUTO REPAIR AND CUSTOMER SERVICE. I THOUGHT WITH ME NEEDING TO USE MY WARRANTY SERVICE AND THAT THEY BEING SORRY THEY WOULD TURN ME DOWN FOR MY SERVICE BUT THEY WERE UNDERSTANDING AND HELPED ME ALOT. THEY WERE GREAT. THANKS!

Just stopped in to get an oil change the other day and the service was awesome. It only took about 30 min. and 25 bucks and I was on my way.

Ar first I thought the cost of parts and labor was high until I compared estimates from other automotive repair garages. Service Street was right in the ball park on both service and pricing. Thanks again for the fine work. You need to maintain a vehicle if you expect to have a reliable car to drive.

I really like Service Street, always clean inside (as well as the employees), always professional service and very fast! I'm glad I don't have to go to Grease Monkey or other places anymore where you walk in and are afraid to touch anything or sit down for fear of getting grease on you, and the employees regularly look and smell like they have grease on them too, with all due respect, I realize they work in grease all day, but it's nice that we don't have to see it too at Service Street, where the mechanics are in the back and service employees are in the front and clean.

My '95 Jeep Wrangler is on its last legs and died on me one afternoon, I thought that was it. Service Street dealt with me honestly and fairly; it was nothing more than a cable that needed to be replaced. $40 and 2 hours later, it was back up and running. Service was professional and friendly.

These guys know customer service! They are honest, professional and fast! You never feel like you are getting worked over by being charged for unnecessary work, or over charged. Excellent customer service!
